Your purchase of a Gift of Flight raffle ticket is an investment in the cultural development of our youth through our Ottawa Junior Carnival Youth Project . From the musical rhythms of the steelpan, to building confidence on stilts, to creativity and visual arts of Carnival your support goes a long way for our youth.
